Xavier Institute of Social Service (XISS) in Ranchi, established as a private institute in 1955 and approved by AICTE, holds the 35th position in the Management category according to the 2024 Outlook ranking. Managed and governed by the Society of Jesus, known as “Jesuits”, it offers post-graduate diploma courses (PGDM), a post-graduate certificate in Geospatial technology (PGC), and a fellow program in management (FPM).
The institute provides two-year PGDM courses in four specializations, with admission based on CAT/XAT/MAT scores. The fees for the PGDM-HRM course at XISS Ranchi amount to INR 8 Lakhs for 2 years.
