Dr. Suchitra Krishna Kumar, Alumni of Mt. Carmel College, holds a Master’s Degree in Economics from Bangalore University and a Ph.D. in Economics from Mysore University. Dr. Suchitra has more than 30 years of teaching and research experience, both at National and International Level. In addition to working for a UNDP sponsored teaching assignment in different universities in Ethiopia for 11 years, she has worked in various capacities such as Professor, HOD and Director. She has worked at IIM (B), ISI (Bangalore) and as a resource person for GMCI, KSIIDC, and National Commission for Women and Times Research Foundation. She has presented papers in both national and international conferences and reviewed articles and books and has successfully guided students for M.Phil & PhD Degree in addition to guiding students for MSc Thesis at Ethiopia and MBA dissertation at Bangalore. 
 

Among a variety of academic administration responsibilities Dr. Sudhindra Seshadri has led ISB’s Executive Education as Associate Dean, IIMB’s Executive Programs as Chairperson, IIMB’s Marketing Area as Chairperson, and Society for Global Business & Economic Development as Conferences Vice President. He has a rich and varied experience in academia and research, teaching and educational administration in business and management domains for close to three decades. Dr. Sudhindra Seshadri has served as faculty at leading US and Asian management schools, such as the RH Smith B-School at the University of Maryland, Indian Institute of Management Bangalore, Indian School of Business and, most recently, Singapore Management University. He conducts research on business marketing strategies, has served on doctoral research committees and has taught marketing courses at all levels. He has published over two dozen papers in international conference proceedings and selective international journals, including Industrial Marketing Management, Marketing Science, Management Science, and Managerial & Decision Economics. He has authored Sourcing Strategy: Principles, Policy and Designs, a book published by the leading academic house Springer-Verlag.

Dr. Nair has close to thirty years of experience that includes management and leadership roles in both the industry and academia. He started his career in sales and worked for over nine years managing various sales functions in a multinational company. He was the Head of the company’s Direct Sales Division at the time he left for a career in the US. In the US he worked for Texas A&M University for close to ten years in various teaching, training and OD roles. He also earned his PhD from Texas A&M University in Educational Human Resource Development. He was an Associate Vice President at Infosys. He and his team were primarily tasked with developing Infosys senior leaders including their assessment, training, and coaching, and facilitated numerous sessions for managers across the globe. He is a certified Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR), and a Cialdini Method Certified Trainer (CMCT).

Dr. Christopher Rajkumar was till recently an assistant professor at the Department of Entrepreneurship and Relationship Management, University of Southern Denmark, Kolding. His Ph.D. is in the area of Business Economics at the University of Southern Denmark, Kolding. His research primarily focuses on the area of Supply Chain Management; research interests are within sourcing, outsourcing, innovation, sourcing innovation, supply chain innovation, and supplier relationship management. His dissertation “Towards the theory of sourcing innovation: conceptualization, antecedents, and performance implications” explored the strategic role of the sourcing function in creating innovative products, processes and/or services. His research was affiliated with the research program ‘Reduced Cost of Energy (ReCoE)’ at the Department of Entrepreneurship and Relationship Management, University of Southern Denmark. The program is funded by SDU2020. He is also working on research concerning sales and operation planning, Industry 4.0 as well as offshoring and reshoring of production.

Rajeev has spent 30 years selling flagship brands in FMCG Industry to millions of consumers around the world. He has a strong track record of execution excellence and unique cultural insight and experience. In his role as Executive Director and General Manager (CEO) at SC Johnson (the makers of Raid, Allout, Glade, Duck, Mr. Muscle and Ziploc), he led business operations for Russia and CIS, Indochina, India and most recently, Indonesia. Prior to SC Johnson, Rajeev worked for The Gillette Company, in sales and marketing leadership roles across India, South Asia and Egypt. Rajeev’s current focus is on developing Omni-channel and route-to-market strategy, media and media- to-shelf planning and execution, customer thought leadership, net revenue management and digital and e-commerce strategies. Rajeev is also keenly interested in the social enterprise space and has served as a Director on board United Way of Russia between 2011-2016 and he recently participated in the 3rd Global Base of the Pyramid (BOP) summit held in Delhi.

Dr. Purba Halady Rao has been a Professor more than 30 years teaching and conducting research on topics such as Analytical Models in Marketing, Business Analytics, Marketing Research, Green & Sustainable Supply Chains, Water Management concerns from the Private Sector perspective, Water & Climate Change Management, Corporate Environmental Management, Predictive Modeling in Strategic Decision Making , and Entrepreneurship Management. She is a Doctorate in Management from Indian Institute of Management Calcutta (IIMC 1976), has a M.Sc. in Applied Math from Science College, University of Calcutta and a B. Sc. In Math(honors) from Presidency College Calcutta.

Dr Govind S. Iyer is Ph.D from Georgia State University. A Professor of Accounting in the College of Business, University of North Texas.  He earned his Bachelor of Science (Statistics) from Bombay University (India), Master of Taxation from Georgia State University, and Ph. D. in Accounting from Georgia State University. He is an Associate of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and has also passed the CPA exam from Arizona. Before joining the University of North Texas, he was a faculty member at Arizona State University and Louisiana State University. He has a varied teaching background. His primary research interests include the areas of auditing, managerial accounting, information systems, and taxation.
