Dr. Deepak Anand is a skilled and qualified educationist and administrator with more than 40 years of experience in different leadership capacities in a Law educational Institute. He utilizes his vast knowledge of Legal theory, concepts and rules to impart deep understanding of the law subjects to the students.

Professor (Dr.) Neeru Singh is an accomplished psychologist and is currently working as
Professor, Department of Psychology, IILM University, Gurgaon.
She has over 4 decades of Experience in Academics, Psychotherapy, Individual Counselling and Training. She did her Doctoral and Post-doctoral work from University of Delhi. She started her career from University of Delhi wherein she has worked with various reputed colleges and headed the Department of Psychology in Kamala Nehru College. Other than teaching and training which has been her passion she has been involved in various curriculum and student development programs to further the growth of the department She has guided various student research projects and is well known among her students for bringing innovative teaching methods in the classroom.
She specializes in the fields of Clinical, Developmental, Counselling, Vocational Guidance, Research Methods, Psychological Testing and Research Projects.

She is an expert in the area of mindfulness, transactional analysis, and emotional intelligence and has been actively working in the area of individual counselling and growth. She is associated with various NGO’s and is actively working in the areas of Personality, Adjustment, Anxiety, Depression and Interpersonal relationships. She has presented and published her work in various national and international conferences. Her research interest lies in the areas of Self Concept, Body Image, Well Being Personal growth, Developmental Psychology and Emotional Intelligence. She is a member of various Psychological associations like Delhi Association of Clinical Psychologists and the International Council of Psychologists.

Apart from teaching and research, she has been associated with a few NGO’s and is actively practicing Psychotherapy and Counselling in the areas of Anxiety, Depression, Bi-Polar Disorders adjustment ,interpersonal issues to name a few

She has supervised several Research Projects in the areas of Personality, Adjustment, and Perception Stress, Child Rearing, Working Mothers, Developmental, Motivation and Anxiety to name a few.

She has participated and presented papers in international conferences and inhouse which were well received.

Dr. Agrawal is Professor of Entrepreneurship, business mentor for startups, and Mentor for Change (MoC- NITI Aayog). Passion for entrepreneurship and social cause keeps her motivated to achieve more and more in life. She mentored many student’s startups at Manav Rachna Business Incubator and for Manav Rachna New Gen IEDC funded by Department of Science and Technology (NESTEDB), Government of India.
After doing her graduation from the Delhi University and post-graduation from Agra University she started her career with Taj Hotels. She carries the academic experience of 18 years with various academic institutions of Delhi NCR; like Managalmay Institute of Management and Technology, Rai Business School, ABES-IT and Manav Rachna University. She was invited by the University of Tennessee, the USA for mentoring projects on Social Entrepreneurship in April 2015. She got her certification for The Experiential Classroom- Becoming a great Entrepreneurship Educator at Gainesville, the University of Florida in April 2015 and as Entrepreneurship Educator by National Entrepreneurship Network (NEN) in 2011.

Her zeal for innovative pedagogy inspired her to be a Business Coach for Business Simulation Games and adopt the Simulation Games pedagogy for teaching business. She got her first certification as a Business Coach in March 2014 at EDI Ahmadabad with Market Place Simulation Games, USA and she got upgraded for the certification of Master Business Coach at Townsend, Tennessee, USA, on April 2017. She has been working on many national and international projects of Innovation and Entrepreneurship.
As a researcher, she carried experience of 15 years had guided 2 scholars (degree awarded) and currently co-supervising 3 PhD scholars of Manav Rachna University. She has 14 publications in reputed journals and doing research work with Southern Georgia University and Tennessee University professors on SCM, BoP and social entrepreneurship.

Rituparna has a total of 22 years of experience, out of which a substantial time has been spent in the industry. She has worked in industries like Power Electronics, Manufacturing, ITES, and IT Education. She has worked across roles in Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, Total Rewards, Learning & Development, Sales and Channel Management. She is a Commerce graduate from Calcutta University and holds a post-graduate diploma in Human Resource Management. She has extensively worked on training and developing sales and HR professionals, assessment and development centers, career planning, M&A, performance and capability enhancement, and OD.

Ila Sharma currently teaches law at the IILM University.She has over thirty-two years of experience in law, media, public relations and development sector.She is the founder Vice-President of International Law Association Nepal branch. ILA Nepal was established in 2011, which has organized many national seminars including an international conference in ESC rights. ILA Nepal also conducts the Philip C. Jessup International Law Moot Court Competition in Nepal where she often serves as a judge.Ila completed her education from India, Nepal and UK. Her first undergraduate degree is a B.Sc., in bio-science and a second undergrad, LL.B. in common law from India. She also graduated in Sanskrit literature and earned a diploma in journalism from the Nepal Press Institute.

Dr. Charu Bansal is a Business Finance specialist with a rich Banking experience of close to 15 years across segments including Trade Finance Operations, International Marketing Management, Cross border trade, Branch Administration, Commercial Banking, Business Development, Risk Profiling, Client Relationship Management, Forex and Treasury, Credit Appraisals and Retail Banking.She is a Ph.D., MBA, M.Com., B.Sc. having obtained her doctorate, double Masters Degree – MBA in Finance and M.Com. and Graduation from University of Rajasthan. Her research interests include banking and finance (with a specialization in International Trade Finance and allied instruments), sustainability and innovation. Her corporate sojourn has exposed her to an excellent blend of variety and novelty in work content and people interactions, with excellent track record of driving business targets, driving win-win Business solutions and team building.

Dr. Tripti Bajpai Toor is a doctorate from The Business School, University of Jammu. She has done her Master’s in Business Administration from the same university, specializing in Marketing. She holds her degree of Bachelors in Science from Gargi College, University of Delhi.Dr. Tripti Bajpai Toor is an academician with an experience of 27 years which includes 15 years of core corporate work spanning across various IT companies in a senior management capacity. Thereafter she took up teaching in the year 2007 and has held positions of Deputy Director, Dean Academics and Head of the Department at different Management Institutions affiliated to the Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University, with her last engagement being at Rukmini Devi Institute of Advanced Studies, where she chaired the Centre for Idea, Innovation, Incubation and Entrepreneurship (CIIIE) and The Institute Industry Interface Cell(IIIC). Dr Toor holds a Doctoral degree in Management with Functioning of Corporate Universities being her core area of Research, which has given her a deeper insight into cross-functional issues of higher education imparting Institutions.

Dr. Vidhisha Vyas

ASSOCIATE PROFESSOR

Dr. Vidhisha Vyas is PhD from Indian Institute of Technology Bombay. She holds Master Degree in Economics, Management and French. She has 4.5 years of teaching experience and 4 years of research experience. Prior to joining IILM she has worked as Assistant Professor at Alliance University, Bangalore. She has published research paper and case studies in referred journals. Her research interest is in the area of Economics, Industrial Organization, Mergers and Acquisitions and International Business.

PhD from GGSIP University Delhi, a University Topper and Gold Medallist during Post-Graduation, Dr. Sona Vikas has more than 18 years of experience in Industry and Academics. She is currently working as Associate Professor at IILM, in the area of OB and HR. Dr. Sona has been a Master Trainer for the ICP-CSR Certificate Programme (under IICA, Ministry of Corporate Affairs, Government of India).

Dr Anand is a behavioral scientist with over 15 years of experience in Educational & Corporate training & Academia. She started her career with EXL service as a quality analyst and trainer, further went on to develop and deliver successful training programs in Genpact, AMEX, IBM & Hero. With an MBA in HR & Doctorate in Talent Management, her skills and expertise are very relevant for most Schools, Universities, corporate houses and industries. Post-training assignments she joined IILM University and taught courses to students in the graduate, undergraduate, executive education & IBM executives. She has held the position of Dean of the Undergraduate programs & Director of International Programs. During her tenure with IILM, she has conducted several customized training programs for teachers, students, principals, school councillor’s and parents on handling stress, developing emotional intelligence, managing emotions and finding inner peace, happiness and wellbeing.

Dr. Radhika Madan has over thirteen years of teaching experience. Her teaching areas include Marketing Management and Strategy, Foundations of Marketing, Marketing Communications, Services Marketing, Marketing and Entrepreneurship, Spoken Business Communication and Written Communication. She has a keen interest in doing research in the field of marketing management, consumer behavior, marketing communications, social media marketing and cross cultural management.
