The Institute has six student hostel blocks designed with an eye for elegance. Each hostel block has 3 floors with 18 rooms on each floor branching into the left and right wings at a passage with the common room on one side and the lift on the other. While lady students are accommodated in a hostel block dedicated to themselves and Differently Abled students in specialised rooms and attached bathrooms on the ground floor, the flawless architecture ensures co-learning.
The Indian Institute of Management Tiruchirappalli (also known as IIM T or IIM Trichy) is a public graduate business school located on Tiruchirappalli- pudukkottai national highway 336, Tamil Nadu, India. Founded in 2011 by the Hon’ble Minister for HRD and Telecommunication under the patronage of the Government of India and the stewardship of IIM-Bangalore, it is one of the seven Indian Institutes of mang.the Indian government had set up during the Eleventh Five- year plan. It was the 11th IIM to be set up in India, the creation and dissemination of management knowledge of global standards and to develop leaders of enterprises who add value to society and nation building. The institute is moving to achieve the objectives to develop competent, professional and value-oriented management graduates; Contribute to management knowledge through research, Strengthen existing management processes through executive education and consulting and strive to contribute to national/regional policy making. IIM Tiruchirappalli offers flagship 2 years full time Post Graduate Programme in Management (PGP) at the Trichy campus and part time 2 years Post Graduate Programme in Business Management (PGPBM) at its Chennai campus.
The biggest asset in any IIM is its faculty members. IIM Trichy also has some of the best faculty among all the IIMs. The faculty at Trichy is just like the students are from all over the country. They develop special academic curriculums for better understanding and learning of the students.
Minimum Eligibility Requirements and cutoffs for PG programmes in IIM Trichy-
IIM offers a Postgraduate Programme in Management (PGPM) with a duration of two years., it also offers a Postgraduate Programme in Business Management (PGPBM) for working executives with a duration of two years.open to candidates who have a should be a graduate in any discipline with at least 50% marks or equivalent grade point along with a valid CAT score.
