GNIOT offers hostel facility for Boys and Girls separately. The Institute is well-equipped with a big hostel: which provides 2-seater Room and 3-Seater room with cooler, attached bathroom and other ancillary facilities including a Bed, Study Table, recreation rooms, Wi Fi, Chair, Mattress, Bed Sheets, Pillow, blanket in winter and a separate almirah for each student. The hostel management of the institute is very particular that the rooms are kept clear, clean airy and well-ventilated and maintain hygienic surroundings.
The hostel fee for 2-seater Room and 3-Seater room are INR 1.26 Lakh and INR 1.35 Lakh respectively. An additional fee of INR 35 K will be charges for A.C. room Accommodation.

Greater Noida Institute of Technology provides scholarships to eligible students in accordance with the guidelines set by the UP-Government Samaj Kalyan Office. These scholarships are awarded to deserving students based on their performance in the end-semester university examinations.
In addition to general scholarships, the institute also offers Entrance Exam Score Scholarships for the 2022-24 batch. The details for the same are as follows:
MAT - Composite score of 650 or above: INR 30,000/- on tuition fee.
CAT - 70 Percentile or above: INR 50,000/- on tuition fee.
CAT - 55 - 69 Percentile: INR 30,000/- on tuition fee.
XAT - 70 Percentile or above: INR 50,000/- on tuition fee.
XAT - 55 - 69 Percentile: INR 30,000/- on tuition fee.
CMAT - 90 Percentile or above: INR 50,000/- on tuition fee.
CMAT - 60 - 89 Percentile: INR 30,000/- on tuition fee.
GAT - 65 Percentile or above: INR 30,000/- on tuition fee.
Scholarships are also granted based on Academic Record:
Students with a consistent aggregate of 65% throughout Class 10th, Class 12th, and Graduation are eligible for a scholarship of INR 30,000 on tuition fee.
Quota-based Scholarships include:
i) Sports Quota: INR 30,000/- on tuition fee for national achievements in any sport
ii) Armed Forces/Paramilitary Forces/Police Personnel family background: INR 30,000/- on tuition fee.
GIMS Shakti Scholarship-
It is exclusively for female students. Those with a consistent academic performance of 55% aggregate throughout the 10th, Class 12th, and Graduation are eligible for a scholarship of INR 30,000 on tuition fee.
Note:
Candidates can avail of scholarships in only one category, and any awarded scholarship will be adjusted in the second instalment of the first year. Furthermore, the candidate must produce the required relevant documents to avail the scholarship.

All forms of ragging are strictly prohibited within GNIOT ,including in its departments, constituent units, all its premises such as academic, residential, sports, cafeteria, etc. whether situated on or off the campus. This prohibition also applicable for student transportation, be it public or private. The institution is committed to taking strong action against individuals found engaging in ragging or or of abetting ragging and the burden of proof shall hereby lie on the perpetrator of alleged ragging and not on the victim. An act of ragging may lead to charges either upon receipt of a written complaint by the affected party or through an independent investigation by the Anti-Ragging Squad.
Adherence to the UGC Regulations on Curbing the Menace of Ragging in Higher Educational Institutions 2009 is mandatory for the institution. To ensure a ragging-free environment at GNIT, an Anti-Ragging Committee has been established. This committee is governing to prevent any form of ragging, whether within or outside the college premises.
GNIOT Institute of Management Studies (GIMS), situated in Greater Noida at Plot No. 7, Knowledge Park-II, Uttar Pradesh, is approximately 15 km away from Dadri Railway Station and about 54 km from Indira Gandhi International Airport. The closest bus depot is Greater Noida Bus Depot which is around 8 km from GIMS Greater Noida. Students can opt for a cab or taxi to reach GNIOT Institute of Management Studies ,Greater Noida.
