Symbiosis Institute of Operations Management (SIOM) is the largest independent educational institute in Maharashtra. The institute was founded in the year 2005 by Dr. S.B. SIOM has been awarded the title of ''Institute with Best Industry Related Curriculum in Operations Management'' by the Dewang Mehta B-School Awards (2009), Dainik Bhaskar B-School Awards (2010) & Star News B-School Awards (2011), ABP news National School awards (2012), ET Now Awards (2013). SIOM bagged 3 prestigious awards at the 2nd Asia's Best Emerging B School Awards held in Singapore, viz., B School with Best Industry interface. The candidate will be attending the below mentioned programmes :-
Six sigma Certifiction, Project management, Logistics management, Advance Service Operations, Operations Strategy & Control Project Work,Supply Chain Management procurement & Materials Management.
Candidate should be an Engineering Graduate (BE/ B Tech of any stream) from a statutory University with minimum of 50% marks (45% for SC/ST candidates). Candidates appearing for final year examinations can also apply, but their admission will be subject to obtaining a minimum of 50% marks (45% for SC/ST) in the qualifying examination. A candidate who has completed qualifying qualification from any Foreign University must obtain an equivalence certificate from Association of Indian Universities (AIU).
Accepted only scores of SNAP eam for a admission with 85%ile minimum. n selection process will be done on the basis of GD, PI.

Ragging is not entertained in this institute, SIOM has ‘zero tolerance policy’ on ragging. Ragging in any form is prohibited at SIOM.and anti ragging squad works actively. Ragging in any form whatsoever is strictly BANNED. It is a cognizable offence and violation will invite action as per law of the land in addition to expulsion from the institute. Being a silent spectator and not reporting/stopping others indulging in ragging is also an offence and will invite similar disciplinary action. Accepting/undergoing ragging and not reporting this is also an offence.
