Executive Residence:

The campus has fully furnished 60-bed executive residences designed for participants in MDP (Management Development Programme), FDP (Faculty Development Programme), and PGDM (WE). These executive residences are equipped with high-speed LAN connections and six training halls equipped with state-of-the-art audio-visual teaching aids.

Eligibility-

To qualify for enrolment in the PGDM Program, candidates must hold a Bachelor's degree or its equivalent, with a minimum of 50% aggregate marks or an equivalent grade in any discipline. The degree should be recognized by the Association of Indian Universities (AIU) for admission to postgraduate programs. The candidate's bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification should involve a minimum of three years of education post-completion of higher secondary schooling under the 10+2 system or its equivalent.

Selection Process-

Candidates applying for the program undergo a specific selection process based on the IMI Selection Index score. This score is determined by evaluating past academic performance in 10th, 12th, and graduation, along with factors such as CAT/XAT/GMAT/CMAT scores, performance in a written test, essay writing, participation in a group discussion, extempore, and a personal interview. Additionally, more weight is given to the applicant's work experience.

IMI Bhubaneshwar Scholarship for PGDM:

IMI Bhubaneshwar PGDM scholarships are divided into Pre-Admission & Post-Admission Scholarships. The details of the PGDM scholarship are as follows.

 Pre-Admission Scholarships:

Candidates can avail of any one of the scholarships mentioned below, with 50% disbursed at the end of the first year and the remaining 50% at the end of the second year. The Scholarship Committee has the final decision.

•Merit Scholarship: Applicants securing a minimum of 80% in CAT/XAT/CMAT and GMAT are eligible for a scholarship amount of up to INR 1,00,000. This applies to candidates having a first-class career.

•Merit Scholarship for Women Candidates: Female applicants meeting the above criteria receive an additional 20% scholarship.

•Defence Personnel: Wards of defence personnel and martyrs receive INR 50,000 and INR 1,00,000, respectively.

Post-Admission Scholarships:

These scholarships are awarded to deserving candidates with outstanding academic records, and IMI Bhubaneswar has introduced Summer Internships under this scheme to motivate individuals to grow.

IMI Bhubaneswar Scholarship for FPM:

Limited scholarships are available for the candidates taking admission to the Fellow Program in Management (FPM).

•Monthly Stipend: Students receive INR 31,000 per month for the first two years and INR 35,000 in the 3rd & 4th years, equivalent to JRF/SRF.

•Continuation Requirements: To maintain the fellowship, candidates must sustain the necessary academic records, reviewed every six months.

•Contingency Grant: An annual grant of INR 25,000 covers expenses like stationery, and hardware/software during the 2nd and 3rd years.

•Conference/Workshop Grant: FPM scholars attending conferences/workshops/summer schools are entitled to INR 75,000 throughout the program.

•Research Incentives: Research incentives of INR 1,00,000 & INR 2,00,000 are awarded to FPM Scholars based on the A+ and A-Star categories.

How to reach

IMI Bhubaneswar Campus is a 16-acre campus located at  IDCO Plot No 1, Village-Gothapatna PO-Malipada, PS-Chandaka, Dist-Khurda, Bhubaneswar, Odisha,751003. The distance from Bhubaneswar Railway Station to it is 14.3 kilometres. There are several transportation options to reach IMI from the railway station. It is 12.7 km away from Biju  Patnaik International Airport.
